A Little About Us

TEDxIESEBarcelona is an independent event organized by a group of highly motivated MBA students from the Business Communications Club at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
 

The conference, now in its 7th annual edition, has been curated to provide a platform for intellectually engaging discussions and debates on important and relevant topics. The students have brought together a diverse group of thought-leaders and attendees to engage in meaningful discourse, and we look forward to welcoming you to this flagship event.

The theme for TEDxIESE Barcelona 2025 is Beyond Passion. This theme explores the idea that achieving one’s dreams requires more than just passion and drive, but also an understanding of reality and a practical, flexible mindset. The importance of dreaming big and setting high aspirations cannot be overstated; at the same time, it is easy to follow the “never give up” mantra down a road of delusion and misery. This conference is all about exploring the seemingly paradoxical balance between setting big, hairy audacious goals while accounting for the realities of our world, and what to do about them.
